At The Races will once again broadcast exclusive live coverage of the world’s richest horse race – the Pegasus World Cup Invitational from Gulfstream Park on Saturday 27th January. Last year’s inaugural running saw a dominant victory for 2016 Breeders’ Cup Classic winner Arrogate. The record-breaking $16m purse reflects a prize-money increase of $4m and will see another Breeders’ Cup Classic winner Gun Runner take on a high-class field including British raider Toast Of New York.

ATR will mix studio coverage with award-winning NBC output, showing the quality Gulfstream Park undercard prior to the feature Grade 1 Pegasus World Cup Invitational at 10.40pm.

Throughout January, ATR will build up to the event with regular news bulletins and previews, in addition to a specially shot feature focusing on Toast Of New York at Jamie Osborne’s Lambourn base. and ATR app users will have access to exclusive editorial content from respected US pundits, plus full form and video archive replays of all 12 contenders’ recent runs.
