Cypress Creek came with a well-timed run to land the Group Three Loughbrown Stakes at Naas.
Eight horses went to post for this two-mile contest.
Persian Lion and Zabriskie were best away, with the latter going into the early lead, but soon joined by Twilight Payment.
Racing down the back, Zabriskie moved 2 ½ lengths clear of Twilight Payment, with a gap back to Victory Salute, as the field became strung out.
The leader turned for home but was joined and quickly passed by Twilight Payment and Victory Salute.
Straightening up, the front pair were clear, but gradually, Cypress Creek began to close.
Twilight Payment had seen off Victory Salute with a furlong to run, but Ryan Moore and Cypress Creek, racing down the centre of the track, came with a powerful challenge and swept into the lead.
The Aidan O’Brien three year old, went on to win by about three lengths, with Twilight Payment having no more to give, just holding second from the closing Falcon Eight.
Cypress Creek was completing a treble on the card for O’Brien.
